The ARNA Unit strives to create a calm working atmosphere, where everyone is valued and respected.
It tends to establish parity in the various functions, and to prevent any form of prejudice and discrimination.
It is committed to the fight against moral harassment and gender-based and sexual violence, by regularly raising the awareness of the teams, and by offering listening and guidance for everyone if necessary.

Their missions :
- Promoting equality at work. The Correspondents relay the elements of the national and regional action plan at the Laboratory level. They are in contact with the regional referents to report any difficulties in applying the action plan.
- To prevent Gender and Sexual Violence at work. The Correspondents are available to listen to victims or witnesses and direct them to the appropriate services, where they will be accompanied, without hierarchical contact :
