Science Fair 2020

For the “Fête de la Science 2020”, ARNA was represented by Karine Tuphile and Valérie Desvergnes at the Cap Sciences science village on a stand and a conference entitled: Biomimicry or how science is inspired by Mother Nature.

On the occasion of the Year of Chemistry and the 150th anniversary of Mendeleïev’s periodic table, the CNRS Aquitaine delegation and the University of Bordeaux have developed a fun and interactive game combining board games and scientific experiments. ARNA notably participated in the development of this project. During the Science Festival “Hors murs” organized in 2020, at the request of the DR15, Valérie Desvergnes met the students of the Georges Leygues high school in Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the Alcide Dusolier high school in Nontron to approach chemistry with experiments and animations around this game. photo with credit (c) University of Bordeaux
